The Raya Alpha Digital 400Ws 2-Monolight Light Kit was put together to provide a core setup for photographers and videographers doing portraits, groups and fashion who wish to choose their own light modifiers. The kit is built around two 400Ws flash heads that recycle to full power in 2.2 sec., each with reflectors, flash tubes, and an 8' air-cushioned light stand. A special feature of the Alpha heads is their built-in, 4-channel wireless receivers that allows you to forgo hardwiring, instead using the included transmitter to trigger the flashes from up to 82' away. The 4-section LS-8A light stand rises to a height of 8' and folds down to 27" for packing. The stand can support 7.5 lb at full extension which makes the 4.2 lb Alpha a great match with an optional softbox or umbrella mounted to it. Lastly, the soft, padded Impact Light Kit Bag #3 is included to transport and protect the lights and stands. Two overlapping carrying handles or the included shoulder strap provide transport options.
