Photogenic PowerLight PL06APS

Description

For sale as broken/for parts is a photogenic power light model pl06aps. It comes with the power cord. Selling as shown. You will receive what is in the picture.
This item came from an estate sale. I do not know much about the item. All I Know is when I plug it on it turns on and when I press the test button it flashes. Other than I do not know much about it which is why it is being sold as-s/broken for parts/untested.
Please note that the bulb has like a dirty black thing on it. And on the side has orange stuff as well as on the Velcro. Also no cover for the bulb.
Condition: untested/broken/for parts. Contains scratches/wears/scuffs. Please refer to images of condition.
