Please note this belonged to my mother's husband who passed and it was found in a spare bedroom closet.

Also note I am not a strobe light person and I have no manual so I will do my best to my ability to tell you what I found. It powered right up with power light indicator lit up with flash switch when pushed on on and test button pushed it flashes when the intensity knob is turned up from 132nd to full then test button hit again the light is so bright it temporarily blinded me(see last two pictures for working brightness but up all the way the picture just comes out totally white) and the light indicator on the left lights up blue. There is a light socket in the middle I have no idea what its for as well as the toggle switches that say model and cell switches Please see the many pictures to make your own determination.
FYI If you choose Fedex they do not deliver to Post office boxes, USPS Priority Mail will I believe. Your choice of those 2 shipping options.
