    Description

    Morris AC Slave Model II Lot of Three
    Great flashes for both studio and location photography. We used to use a set of these (not the ones we are offering here) for both fill- in for location interiors, studio shots and with two on a copy stand for flat art work reproduction.
    What we are selling are-Morris AC Slave II units, a total of three in this lot. You screw the flash in a standard AC socket, then trigger with any pocket, camera or studio flash. We found these very useful for photographing interiors that had large daylight windows, and also needed detail in the room. This kind of shot couldn't be done using tungsten chrome film.
    We also used Morris II flashes for studio work; strong enough for table top shots, or used for background lighting with portraits. In addition we did copy work with two of these flashes mounted on each side of the stand. The light output is very even from them.
    OUR TESTS: We tested all three units, which included mounting each flash in an AC socket, flashing with low power strobe to set it off, and testing the output of the units. We also tested the test orange test buttons. Everything works correctly.
    In spite of the claims made by Morris for output, each unit had a guide number of 20.5 at ten feet, ISO 100. All three units were consistent in output. Recycle time was very fast, roughly 2.5 to 3 seconds. Made in Japan.
    CONDITION: Used, excellent. All three include original boxes.
